Mutts in Distress Rehoming Questionnaire
We’re delighted to know that you’re interested to share your home with one of the animals. Because we care so much about them, we always carry out a “home check” so that we can be happy that you will be able to provide a safe and loving environment.
Your fencing must be of adequate height and secure on all sides before applying.
Should the re-homing go wrong for any reason, the dog MUST be returned to us, however far away you may live.
Please help us by filling in all of the information on this form, and then click the “Submit” button. We will still need to come and visit you, but it saves us time if we know some of the basic information first. This is general information to generate a homecheck. More indepth questioning will take place during the visit.
All our home checkers are unpaid volunteers who do the home checking in their own time around their main jobs. It may take a couple of days for them to contact you after submitting your application online, as it has to be processed via the admin team first and sent on to the relevant volunteer who will then contact you. If you have not heard anything within a week of your application then please feel free to chase it up.
Your privacy: The information you give us will only be used to send an email to our rehoming administrator. We may share your details with other rescue organisations, but we will not use them for any purpose other than rehoming applications.
