It’s great to hear from people who have given a home and a family
to one of our dogs.  Here are some of the letters we've received.

Vinnie
Hi All at Mutts,
I cannot believe that Vinnie (Little Marvin) has been with us for a year this week. Where has the time gone?
Vinnie has grown up a lot in that time - no longer the (lovable) 'thug' that he was, he has learnt a lot of social skills and now realises that being gentle is much better than being boisterous!
Vinnie is the sweetest person, he really has turned into the most loving, sociable, 'fun to be around' dog.He manages to make me laugh hourly with his antics of laying down in puddles, chasing leaves, throwing his ball for himself and just generally being a 'goof'.
He is a great friend!
We have all just returned from a 3 week trip to Ireland - he loved every minute of his holiday. He travelled really well, thought nothing of the ferry journey and was like an excited child every time we walked on the beaches.
I thought I would send you a picture of him playing ball in the sea (his favourite pass-time).
We are just starting FlyBall training! Vinnie loves it! I will let you know how we progress.
I hope you are all well, and THANKS AGAIN for letting me have my Vinnie.
Take care, and 'sloppy' kisses from Vinnie. xx
Charlie
Hi guys,
it's almost been a year since Tracey and I took Charlie and
whisked him away to Italy.
I'm pleased to say that he is very happy and enjoying life here, as are we.
Can't believe where the time has gone, but we have been very busy working around the house/garden and trying to
learn Italian.
Charlie has made new friends amongst the local dogs and
people.
He loves chasing deer and hares and really likes snow!
Cheers,
Craig & Tracey and Charlie x

Buster
Hello all,
Attached is a photo of Buster and his 12 yr old BSD friend 'Clara'- who seems to have become a complete Pup now that Buster is at home!
Buster has settled very well although he has a few 'territorial' issues. Just some socialisation and time will sort those little things.
Not too sure if he will ever get to like cats though- perhaps only for Lunch!!
Kind regards,
Tom, Buster and Clara x
Bailey
Dear Auntie Pat & Auntie Anne,
Thank you for finding me a lovely caring home. I am well looked after with plenty of doggie chews and biscuits.
I have plenty of walks were I have been meeting lots of doggie friends, big and small. I have just been allowed off my lead as I have been a good boy, so now I can explore a lot more. I need a few treats to help me come back sometimes.
I have plenty of toys to play with and I also get a lot of fuss made of me.
I like to have my belly tickled and I can't quite understand the rabbit yet but I am getting more use to him every day.
I would like to thank you and all the staff for looking after me until I was re-homed.

Lots of love and wet kisses

From Bailey xxxx

Hi Aunty Pat,
Feeling soooooooooo much better now my stitches are out.
And I've got that lampshade off at last!!!!!
Now I can scratch my ears and neck, ooooooohhhhhhhhhhh lovely feeling.
My mum is pleased too as I'm not crashing into her poor legs. I only wanted comfort and couldnt get close enough
no matter how I tried!!!
(If I could, I would have got on her lap!!!)
Had loads of cuddles today.
Mum has been such a softie and has laid on floor with me, aaahhhhhhhhhhh, even dad slept downstairs the first night, as mum had to work the next day.
Then she was home for what seemed like ages to take care of me.
Yes Aunty Pat, I can truly say "I am loved and treasured to bits"
Thank you all for finding a loving home for me.
"footnote from mum and dad-----Big THANK YOU for letting us have such a wonderful companion.
Will be in touch as and when.
Take care love to all xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Spot
Hi everyone, yes it's me Spot. I love my new home, my Dad has already had me wormed at the vets (clever daddy).
Please tell my Mummy (Georgina) that I'll be fine here and please give her a big kiss for me.
I'll see you in a few weeks when I'm big enough to have my chip done.
See you all soon,
Spot. xxx
